Anything on the wire about 24? I haven't been to the forum in a while.
Doing great, Jaime! We'd not "seen" each other in a while and I had changed web addresses for the blog, so I thought I'd drop in and say hey.
Yes, actually, there is news on 24. They're doing a 2-hour prequel in November, followed by a full 24 episode Sesaon 7 that will run starting in January. (There had been concerns that with a 2-hr prequel, they might cut the January eps down to 22). Also, you may not want to know this, but there is a preview posted on the forum, down in the spoilers section! A couple news articles, too. I don't usually read that stuff much, but it doesn't reveal anything I don't know already.
Also, I heard on the forum (but I haven't seen in the news) that Fox Studios is checking on audience numbers for the new X-Files movie to see whether doing a 24 movie after the 24 goes off-air might be feasible. Basically, if The X-Files is successful after being gone for 6 years, 24 might be as well.
