Exactly. Because it is for those "debate points" that we prevailed in the Revolutionary War. Because these "ideological debates" are outlined in the first paragraph of the Declaration of Indpendence for all generations, past, present, and future. Because the moment those rights are considered irrelevant is the moment we've been undone.
